GIFT CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE! This is a fun safe 4 hour introduction class to glass blowing for a group up to 4 participants. With a group of 4, each person will have the opportunity to blow glass for about 30-40 minutes. There is a chance class will run a little over and that's okay with me if it's okay with you. This is a hands on course and hand eye coordination is needed. I will go over the do's and dont's and any questions you may have. For a large class such as this, we will have time to make 2 items. We can make a leaf or heart pendant, an icicle and/or potentially a hollow ornament. First I will demonstrate how to make the item on the torch in the flame with clear verbal instructions. Then you get to try! I will give you instruction through the whole process from start to finish. When we are done for the day you get to keep everything made, including the demo pieces. You can pick your pieces up the following day or I can mail them to you for the cost of shipping. Eye protection will be provided. Please wear close toed shoes and bring a water and/or snack, there is a soda machine on site.
